The SEAT9K Scheduler program is designed to enhance the ability of airline scheduling professionals
to create clean schedules with minimal time spent double-checking errors. This will
allow network planners to concentrate on creating schedules rather than tracking down errors and
throwing together files to determine connectivity.
In the example at right, the user would enter the "snail" for each of the airline's aircraft. All the data in gray is generated automatically from the program. In this case, the user can quickly see that there is one turn of 01:00 at the hub, which is less that the recommended time that is part of the parameters designated by the airline. The user can also quickly see that there is one instance where there is a long ground time at the hub, and where additional flights could possibly be added. The SEAT9K Scheduler program allows airlines to enter the flight activity of up to 40 aircraft. |
